Our Services

We do two things: we build games in Unreal Engine 5 and Unity, and we bring the mechanics that make games work (points, streaks, leaderboards, rewards) to products and training programs that aren't games.

Game Development

We build games in Unreal Engine 5 and Unity as a full external studio, as engineers embedded in an existing team, or as specialists on the one thing holding a project up, whether that is a multiplayer backend or an art pipeline running behind schedule. The people you talk to are the people writing the code and making the art.

Gamification as a Service

We take the mechanics that keep players in a game (points, streaks, leaderboards, progression, rewards) and build them into products that are not games: learning apps and course platforms, corporate and industrial training, onboarding and loyalty flows. We come to it from game development rather than marketing, so we build and tune the loops like live game systems instead of bolting them on as a badge plugin.

How We Work

The service is the same either way; what changes is how much of the team is ours. Four shapes cover almost every project we take.

Common Questions

Which of these services do I need?

If you are building a game and have no team for it, start with game development. If you have a team and need capacity inside it, co-development. If the blocker is servers, matchmaking or leaderboards, multiplayer backends. If you are not building a game at all but need people to keep coming back to something, that is gamification.

Can services be combined in one engagement?

Yes, and most are. A single production usually spans development, art and backend work at once; gamification projects routinely pull in the same engine and backend engineers.

Do you work with teams outside India?

Yes. Our team is based in Kota, India, and we work with studios and product teams across North America, Europe and Australia. We commit to at least four hours of daily overlap with your working day and run stand-ups and reviews inside that window.

How does an engagement start?

Send a short description of what you want to build through the contact page. We usually come back within a few days with questions, a rough scope and a proposed first milestone.
