Corporate Training Gamification

Corporate training gamification turns onboarding, compliance and skills training into progression-based experiences with levels, scores and simulations, so employees finish it and retain it. Mandatory training has a completion problem: employees click through compliance modules, retain little, and dread the next one. Gamifying corporate training replaces that slideshow with the mechanics that make people voluntarily repeat hard things in games: progression, competition and practice.

We build gamified training for two audiences: corporate HR teams running onboarding, upskilling and compliance programs, and industrial operations where procedures and safety-critical skills have to be practiced, not just read. Because we build games for a living, we can go all the way from a leaderboard layer on your existing LMS to full interactive simulations in Unreal Engine 5.

What We Build

01

Gamified Onboarding

Structured first-90-days journeys with milestones and rewards that new hires complete.
02

Compliance That Sticks

Scenario-based challenges and spaced repetition instead of click-through slide decks.
03

Industrial Simulations

Interactive 3D practice for procedural and safety-critical skills, built in Unreal Engine 5.
04

Team Leaderboards

Department and site-level competition with seasonal resets, tuned to motivate without gaming the metric.
05

Skill Progression

Certification paths, levels and badges that make employee growth visible to both worker and manager.
06

Completion Analytics

Dashboards for L&D teams: completion, retention and per-module engagement, exportable to your HRIS.

Common Questions

How do you gamify corporate training?

We start from the behavior you need, such as completion, retention of a procedure or faster onboarding, and design mechanics that reward it: progression paths for long programs, scenario challenges for compliance, team leaderboards for ongoing engagement, and simulations where the skill is physical or procedural. We then build the mechanics into your existing LMS or deliver them as a standalone training experience.

Does this work for blue-collar and industrial training, not just office roles?

Yes. Industrial training is one of our core verticals. Procedural and safety-critical skills benefit the most from game-based practice, because simulations let workers rehearse rare or dangerous situations safely and repeatedly before they face them on the floor.

Can it plug into the LMS and HR tools we already use?

Yes. We deliver the gamification layer as components and APIs that integrate with your existing LMS and HR stack, and completion data can be exported back into your systems of record.
