Gamification as a Service

Gamification as a service means we design, build and run the game mechanics inside your product (points, progress, streaks, rewards and friendly competition) so your users keep coming back. You get that without having to become a game company yourself.

Most gamification agencies come from marketing, while we come from game development. We wire the same loops that keep players in our own titles for hours into onboarding flows, training modules and loyalty programs for EdTech, corporate HR and industrial training teams.

How It Works

01

Engagement Loop Design

Core loops, streaks and reward schedules designed by game designers, tuned to your users’ real behavior.
02

Progression Systems

Levels, mastery paths, badges and unlocks that give users a visible reason to return tomorrow.
03

Leaderboards & Competition

Redis-backed leaderboards, team challenges and seasonal resets that scale from ten users to millions.
04

Platform Integration

Delivered as components and APIs that drop into your existing web, mobile or LMS stack.
05

Analytics & Tuning

Instrumented from day one. We measure retention and completion, then tune the loops like a live game.
06

Vertical Playbooks

Separate playbooks for EdTech, corporate HR and industrial training, each with its own set of mechanics.

Common Questions

What is gamification as a service?

Gamification as a service is an engagement model where a specialist partner designs, builds and operates game mechanics (points, streaks, leaderboards, rewards, progression) inside your existing product or training program. Instead of buying a generic plugin or hiring game designers in-house, you get a studio that ships the mechanics, measures how users respond, and keeps tuning them.

How is this different from an off-the-shelf gamification platform?

Platforms give every customer the same points-and-badges template. We design mechanics around your users and the behavior you need to change, then build them into your product so they feel like part of it. Because we also build and operate our own games, the systems are engineered for scale and tuned against real engagement data.

Which industries do you work with?

We work in three verticals. EdTech means learning apps and course platforms. Corporate HR and industrial training covers onboarding, upskilling and compliance programs on the HR side, and safety-critical and procedural skills on the industrial side. The mechanics differ substantially between them, which is why we keep a dedicated playbook for each.

How long does a gamification project take?

A focused first release (one core loop, progression and a leaderboard integrated into your product) typically ships in four to eight weeks. From there we iterate on live data, the same way we run our own titles.
