Game Development

Lone Wolf Studios has been building in Unreal Engine 5 and Unity since 2020. We take city simulation, horror, strategy and hypercasual games from first concept to shipped title on PC, VR and mobile.

Whether you need a full external team, co-development alongside your own developers, production art against an existing style guide, or specialists for multiplayer and backend systems, you work directly with the people writing the code, without an account manager or hand-offs in between.

Common Questions

Do you take game development outsourcing and co-development work?

Yes. We work as a full external studio or embedded alongside your in-house team. Most engagements start with a small scoped milestone so you can evaluate the working relationship before committing to a larger production.

Should I choose Unreal Engine 5 or Unity for my project?

It depends on the target. We usually recommend Unreal Engine 5 for high-fidelity PC, console and VR projects, and Unity for mobile, hypercasual and projects that need very fast iteration. We build in both, so the recommendation follows the project.

Where is Lone Wolf Studios based, and how do you work with overseas teams?

Our team is based in Kota, India, and we work with studios and product teams across North America, Europe and Australia. We commit to at least four hours of daily overlap with your working day, run stand-ups and reviews inside that window, and give you direct access to the engineers and artists on your project.

How does a project start?

Reach out through the contact page with a short description of what you want to build. We usually respond within a few days with questions, a rough scope and a proposed first milestone.
